How each game works in brief
Knowing the basic rules of each game type makes it easier to decide which one to choose.
Baccarat
Player and Banker are each dealt two cards. The hand whose total is closest to 9 wins. 10s and face cards are worth zero. There are three types of bet: Player, Banker or Tie. The Banker bet has a slightly higher chance of winning.
Roulette
A ball spins on a wheel numbered 0 to 36. You can bet on a single number, a group of numbers, red/black or odd/even. A straight bet on a single number pays more but has lower odds.
Teen Patti and Andar Bahar
In Teen Patti, build the best combination with three cards — Trio, Pure Sequence or Pair. In Andar Bahar, a Joker card is placed; the bet is whether the matching card will land on Andar (left) or Bahar (right).
How slot games work
In slots, you spin the reels and win by lining up matching symbols. Modern video slots have 5 or more reels with hundreds of paylines or ways-to-win. Features include free spins, multipliers and bonus rounds. Each slot has an RTP (Return to Player) rating — for example, Fortune Tiger has a maximum RTP of 96.81%. You can find a list of games from various providers on the haha 555 Slots page.
Choose a game based on your budget and playing style
Not every game requires the same bet size. Picking a table that suits you is the sensible approach.
Slots and Andar Bahar
If you want to start with small bets, slots or Andar Bahar are good options. Many slots can be played with a small amount per spin, and fast rounds mean you can play for longer.
Baccarat and Teen Patti
If you want to take a bit more time and play with some strategy, choose Baccarat or Teen Patti. Table limits vary, so you can easily find a table that fits your budget.
Roulette and Live Show Games
Roulette's many betting options let you change strategy within the same session. Live show format games like Crazy Time offer a completely different experience.
Think about your playing style: Do you prefer strategic play, or do you want fast luck-based rounds? Baccarat and Teen Patti suit strategy-oriented players; slots or Andar Bahar suit those after quick, luck-based fun. Regular players in the haha 555 VIP programme receive weekly cashback.
Useful tips for new players
Playing casino games for the first time? Keeping these points in mind will make the start easier.
Start with small bets
When sitting down at a new game, start at a small table or with low bets rather than placing large ones straight away. Once you get a feel for the game, you can decide for yourself.
Learn one game well
Rather than trying many games at once, understand one game thoroughly first — whether that is Baccarat or slots.
Set a session budget
Before each session, set aside a fixed amount and take a break once it is gone. Budget management is the best long-term strategy for playing.
Check the RTP before choosing a slot
Look at the RTP before playing a slot — a higher RTP means a theoretically higher return. However, this is not a guarantee, just a statistical figure.
Bet responsibly
Casino games are for entertainment. Chasing losses is not a good idea. Read the responsible gaming guidelines to learn more.
